A message dated July 10, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 193(FIN)                                                                              
      "An Act relating to the joint administration of tobacco taxes by the                                                      
      state and a municipality; and authorizing the Department of                                                               
      Revenue to furnish to a municipality returns or reports related to
